Graduation
through Examination
The Trent High School diploma can be earned through
comprehensive examination. This is not a GED test! The Trent High
School
Comprehensive Examination consists of a battery of five tests taken before a
proctor over a period of several days. Each test covers a single academic
area. Successful completion of this examination results in graduation from
Trent High School and the awarding of a high school diploma. A set of grade
transcripts reflecting the results of the examination are placed on permanent
file at The Trent Schools, and are made available to colleges and universities
at the graduates request.
To receive a Trent High School diploma, candidates for
graduation through examination are required to earn a grade of C or better on
each test. If the candidate fails to earn a diploma, the examination may
not be taken again for a period of six months following the date of the
examination.
Candidates must be at least seventeen years of
age. Proof of age is mandatory. Individuals currently enrolled in
any public or private secondary school are not eligible candidates. There is no maximum age limit.
Applications must be signed by the financially responsible party
eighteen years of age or older.
Persons wishing to qualify as applicants must make a
formal request through e-mail to
Admissions@theschools.com, and submit the
required fee of $775.00 either by mailed personal check, or by credit card
through www.paypal.com. Applicants who do not qualify as candidates will have their
enrollment fee refunded minus a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds are made
following acceptance of an applicant as a candidate for examination.
